We don’t sell off-the-shelf. Every order we take is a project — with a brief, a spec, a timeline and a delivery destination. We’ve been doing this for over 20 years from our production facility in Java, Indonesia, supplying hotels, resorts, property developers and fit-out companies across Asia and the Middle East.
What makes contract supply different from retail is the level of control it gives the buyer. You specify the dimensions, finish, fabric and quantity. We manufacture to match. If you need CAD drawings, spec sheets or pre-production samples before committing to a full run, we provide them as standard — not as an afterthought.
Our minimum order starts from just 20 pieces per item, which makes us accessible to boutique hotel projects and large resort developments alike. Mixed container orders are accepted, so you can consolidate multiple product types into a single shipment without hitting individual item MOQs.
We supply Grade A plantation teak only — sourced from government-managed forests in Java, legally harvested and consistently graded. Every piece is built for commercial environments: outdoor use, high-traffic areas, and the wear that comes with hospitality at scale.
