What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 20 pieces per SKU. For mixed container orders we work with you to plan efficiently and maximise your shipment’s cubic metreage.
Can I mix different SKUs in one container?
Yes. Most clients combine 3–8 SKUs per container. We help you plan the mix to fill every cubic metre efficiently.
Do you accept smaller trial orders?
For new clients we recommend a sample order of 1–3 pieces per SKU before committing to a full container. Sample costs are credited against your first bulk order.
Do I need technical drawings to start?
Not at all. Mood boards or reference photos work fine. Our team creates technical drawings for your approval before production begins.
Can you match a specific finish or colour?
Yes. Send a RAL code, Pantone, or physical reference and we match it on a sample before any bulk production begins.
How many sample revisions are included?
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the sample price. Additional revisions are quoted separately.
How long from deposit to shipment?
New designs: 45–75 days total. Repeat orders of approved designs: 30–40 days from deposit.
How long does sample production take?
Typically 15–25 days from design sign-off. Complex pieces may take longer — we quote this upfront.
What certifications do you provide?
SVLK, FSC CoC, Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin — everything needed for EU, USA, UK and Australia.
Are you Lacey Act compliant?
Yes. All timber is traceable to licensed plantations and SVLK certified, satisfying US Lacey Act due diligence requirements.
Can you handle my brand’s packaging?
Yes. Branded carton design, hang tags, assembly inserts, barcode labelling — everything ships ready for your warehouse or retail shelves.
Do you offer flat-pack options?
Yes. We can produce flat-pack with assembly instructions for e-commerce and retail customers. Quote this at the brief stage.
