Since 2006, All Seasons has been committed to producing exceptional furniture and delivering outstanding service to our clients. Our warranty underscores this dedication, offering assurance and reliability in every product we create. Please review the terms of our warranty below.
Warranty Coverage
All furniture by All Seasons is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:
- Original owners or purchasers of the product.
- Structural integrity and operational components of the furniture.
- Products used within the scope of normal conditions.
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials, craftsmanship, and construction for one year from the date of shipment. If any defect is found, All Seasons will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected item.
Please Note:
Damages caused by improper use, neglect, or issues during transportation are not covered under this warranty. To process a claim, we require clear photographs that highlight the manufacturing defect.
What Our Warranty Includes
At All Seasons, we strive to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Our warranty covers:
- Material flaws that affect the functionality or aesthetics of the product.
- Manufacturing imperfections resulting from the production process.
- Structural or assembly issues that compromise the product’s integrity.
We ensure that all furniture:
- Arrives assembled securely and accurately.
- Is free from cracks, broken parts, or scratches.
- Features clean and consistent stitching on upholstered items, without sagging or loose threads.
Should any issues arise that fall under our warranty, we will repair or replace the item accordingly.
What is Not Covered
Our warranty excludes the following:
- Damage incurred during transit or improper handling by shipping carriers.
- Normal signs of wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.
- Products made with CustomerSpecified Materials (C.S.M.) specified by the purchaser.
- Damage caused by drastic temperature fluctuations or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
- Natural changes in surface finishes or fading due to UV exposure over time.
- Minor cracks or colour changes in wood due to natural aging processes.
- Variations in wood grain, texture, or hardness, as these are natural characteristics of the material and not considered defects.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email detailed photos of the defect to allseasonsco@gmail.com. These images will help us with the issue and determine the best course of action.
